SHIPPING, DELIVERY & LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

The Outlaw Herbalist™ is a brand operated by Transcendent Roots LLC (“The Outlaw Herbalist,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Because our shop includes several different types of products, shipping and pickup availability varies by product collection. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Herb House Products — Ship to California Only

At this time, products sold through The Herb House are available for sale and shipment within California only.

This includes applicable:

Single herbs and botanicals
Loose-leaf teas
House tea blends
Herbal and botanical products designated as part of The Herb House collection

Herb House products cannot currently be shipped outside California.

Orders containing Herb House products must have an eligible California shipping address. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any Herb House order that cannot legally or operationally be fulfilled to the destination provided.

As The Outlaw Herbalist™ expands its licensing and operations, availability in additional states may be added. Any expansion will be reflected on our website.

Nationwide Shipping — Other Shop Products

Products sold through other eligible areas of The Outlaw Herbalist™ shop may be available for shipping throughout the United States, unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing.

This may include merchandise, accessories, educational materials, ritual goods, and other non-Herb House products.

Nationwide shipping availability does not apply to products specifically identified as California-only or local pickup only.

Product pages will indicate when special shipping or geographic restrictions apply.

Baked Goods — Local Pickup Only

Our baked goods are not available for shipping.

Baked goods are offered through limited releases, scheduled pop-ups, and designated local pickup events.

When a baked-goods release is announced, customers will be given a limited ordering window to pre-order available items.

The applicable:

Pickup date • Pickup time • Pickup location • Ordering deadline

will be announced with each individual release.

Because locations and schedules may change from one release or event to another, there is no permanent public pickup location.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the pickup information provided for their specific order and arriving during the designated pickup period.

Availability is limited and pre-orders may close early once a release sells out.

Mixed Orders

Some products in our shop have different fulfillment restrictions.

If your cart contains products from multiple collections—for example, a California-only Herb House product and an item eligible for nationwide shipping—the entire order must still comply with the restrictions applicable to each individual product.

Baked goods requiring local pickup may be subject to a separate ordering or fulfillment process.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of geographic or fulfillment restrictions, we may contact you to modify or cancel the affected portion of the order.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared with care. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, limited releases, holidays, pop-up schedules, and other operational circumstances.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare an order before it is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Estimated shipping or delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

Available shipping methods and charges will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order after the shipment has been prepared for carrier pickup.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at theoutlawherbalist@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors when appropriate, and the applicable shipping carrier.
